Missy, It has been one long year now since my best friend passed on to the Rainbow Bridge. How sad it has been. On Jan 7th,2000 you left us and my heart still aches for you. I speak to you at your gravesite and can envision that you are still with us everyday. Since you have been gone life is very different now. When the other dogs are out in the field taking their walk I sometimes see you there also. So I know that your spirit is still with us . I miss you dancing around waiting for someone to give you a snack, Or when I return from being out you would raise up one paw and shake hands with me. Or you sleeping next to me sharing the same pillow with me. I guess there are something's I will never forget. I hope everything is all right with you now that the pain of the stroke is now gone and you are running with all the vigor you had as a puppy. May you stay warm in God's gentle arms... Please take care of yourself and keep Gidget and Lighting safe with you until we meet again. I will always LOVE you and I MISS you so much. GOOD-BYE SWEETHEART until we meet again...
