Even though he has been gone from me for 5 years, the heartache still remains. I loved him more than life itself. He was snatched from me so quickly I didn't have the chance to say goodbye. I prayed to God to allow my Casey Bear to show me he is still with me, waiting for me at the Rainbow Bridge. I also asked Casey in his memorial at his Rainbow Residency to give me a sign that he still loves me. Then out of the blue, I got a letter from a dear bereaved mommy, telling me that her baby was hit by a car and sent to Rainbow Bridge after chasing a Red Chow. My Casey Bear was a Red Chow. She said there were no chows in her neighborhood. And every day after her baby died, this Red Chow would sit across the street from where her baby was hit and stare at her through the window in her didning room. It bothered her so much that she said a prayer for God to help her through this terrible time. She got on the Rainbows Bridge Residency site and found my Casey Bear. She said that he was the dog that her baby was chasing the day he went to the bridge. The next day she saw a beautiful full arc Rainbow behind her house, and e mailed me to tell me that she believed and I do believe that she is right, that my baby Casey bear was sent to bring her baby home. But stayed long enough for her to tell me that he was there because after she e mailed me telling me about it, she never saw the Red Chow again. He wanted her to find his Residency and to e mail his mommy in answer to my prayers asking that he give me a sign. This is the second sign I have had from my baby. The first was the Teddy Bear with the Casey Loves You tee shirt on. God is good, and He knows how deeply we are grieving for our babies. If you just ask, I am confident that He will give you a sign too. Just as He left Casey give me a sign. My heart is with each and every one of you as my pain is the same as yours. I understand all that you are going through. But believe me when I say that all of our babies are waiting for us at Rainbow Bridge. The Lord would not give us something so precious and then snatch it away without a plan to return them to us when we leave this world. Heaven is supposed to be a place of perfect bliss and how could it be, without our babies. He will return them to us. This you can be sure of.
