Well, here we sit, miserably without her. She was the best dog ever. We raised her from a 6 wk old puppy. Only a year old and I guess GOD needed her. I was in the house taking care of our 4 month old baby and my husband was at work and I let our dogs out and I went outside to bring them out some water and I noticed Sadie missing. I thought she ust went in the woods to play but when I called she didn't come. The other dog was still there. It was never like her to leave by herself. I went out around the neighborhood calling her and asking if people had seen her but nobody did. I thought she would come home but she never did. We did everything to try and find her and then the phone rang a couple days later. A lady had told me that she saw a Public Works truck picking her up out of the street. They called me because they saw her picture in a store window and they told me that they saw her get hit by a passing truck on that same Wednesday when she left. She was on her way home cause she heard me calling her. She was just too young. And now her little friend sits here all alone and does nothing but cry cause he misses her terribly. My husband and I cry everyday for her. We miss her sooo much. They never be another lke her. She was the BEST dog ever. 12/21/99-5/23/01.
