Moonbears Dixie Jubilee "Betsy" 1989-2001
You were a dignified lady
and a funny clown;
An elegant show girl
and an incurable tom boy;
How you loved to wander out and find a sunny place to snooze;
But not before you visited your great grandchildren.
Nose to nose at their pen, you inspected them one by one--
and no doubt suggested how they could improve!
Then, you made your other rounds and made certain all was well.
You will always be here Betsy; in the room. in the yard--just out of sight--but always in my heart.
Rest in peace little lady.
