Timmy came to my daughter Emily Miller just three years ago. He was just an 8 week old kitten who had been abused. His front leg was broken, his ears and wiskers were burned, but he survived and flurished with Emily's love. He was a lucky little boy to have her in his life. Though he could only walk on three legs and did not like to be held after going through what he had experienced as a kitten, he learned to cuddle next to Emily. He trusted and loved her. They were devoted to each other. She never saw his injuries or scars. She only saw the loving little fellow with character and devotion. But he had other problems which did not respond to treatment. Today he went to Rainbow Bridge. As a baby his life started out bad but Emily gave Timmy quality to his short life. The gift of trust, love and happiness corrected what had happened to him. We will all miss little Timmy. We will always love him and carry the love that he and Emily gave to each other in our hearts!
