Lauren
by Micah Murphy
We who choose to surround ourselves with lives even more temporary than our own, live within a fragile circle, easily and often broken. Yet,we still would live no other way. The life of a dog, often half our own, seems endless until that one day. That day has come and gone for me,and I am once again within a smaller circle. I am still unable to believe that a day will never come that I will once again see Lauren begging for a car ride or enjoying one of her cherished biscuits. She was,and always will be,an angel to me.
