Mister
by Marie Schwartz
Our beloved cat passed away this morning at the age of 10 years. Mister or Einstein was his name - he studied with his daddy very hard and earned his diploma. Mister's blue eyes closed forever on this sad day of August 23, 3004...We never thought we would loose him, we never thought because we still had hope until the very end...Mister has been our special baby for 10 years, moving with us everywhere and every night night sleeping in our pillow, purring...Mister- Rest in peace, our beautiful kitten, where you will never suffer again...We tried everything we could to save you until the very end. When we brought you to the emergency yesterday, I refused to say good bye, I told you that I would pick you up as soon as possible and to be strong...The vet gave me hope, but perhaps you had already decided that your fight was over. I should have read in your beautiful blue eyes that the struggle for life was over... You will never be forgotten, our beautiful baby, and there will be a day where all of us will be reunited again. I close my eyes and I still can hear you walking around and following me everywhere.I wish I could still give you kisses, tell you how much I loved you and give you your favorite treats. You would just put your head against my shoulder, look at me with your beautiful eyes and purr of happiness...Thank you for those 10 years of unconditional love, thank you for being there for us at all times and recomfort us when we were sad, thank you for everything...I kiss you once again, you will always be our beautiful baby cat. Love, your Mommy
