I'm Home
by Bobbie Jo Swartz
I'm Home Christmas Eve of next year give the best gift of all, give a home to a friend with fur and four paws. Bring yourself, bring a friend or try to bring all, let your heart be your guide, let their souls keep you strong. To the shelter you'll go where there is darkness we all know, to rescue a soul that you don't even know. Think not of yourself for it's Christmas after all instead, imagine this place empty wall to wall. No one can tell you which one you will choose, your intententions are kind and they will choose you. When that moment comes, yours souls will connect you don't have to explain it, you'll have no regrets. Your heart will then fill, and perhaps your eyes too for you have been guided by Angels who watch over you. With a purr or a wag it's obvious they know, they're not going to spend this Christmas alone. They may be uncertain as they walk through your door for their home was a cage, without bedding or toys. Their eyes will speak volumes as they start to say thanks to your love I'm Home to stay. Bobbie Jo Swartz Angels Helping Animals
