This is a story for all you pet lovers out there who have lost a pet or know of someone who has. I have always had a dog since I was a little girl and let me tell you they are the best friend any one of us could have. They love you unconditionally never miss a day to let you know they are glad to see you when you come home. They can always tell if you are sad and will come up and give you a big kiss. They know when you are on the phone and they want your attention so they will start barking just to let you know they are there. I have always loved to have my pets with me and they are the best thing in my life. I have two dogs currently now and 11 cats I lost one 2 days ago he wandered off just when we were going to take him to the vet for a minor surgery to repair his bowel problems. Even though I still have 11 other cats it does not mean that I am not in morning for him I walked all over my property yesterday looking for him. For anyone who has had a pet wander away to die you know what I am going thru. We had to put down the best golden retriever we had one year ago this month and I still miss him as much today as I did the day I put him down due to bad hips and just old age and not feeling up to getting up any more. We still have his mate dolly she is going on 9 now and she is starting to develop arthritis and to see her starting to struggle to get up is just heart breaking but we will keep her as long as she is happy and comfortable. For all the people out there with animals I say keep going strong all keep the faith that we will see our beloved friends again in heaven when its our time. I am so glad to know that there is a web site out here for us beloved owners of pets keep in touch and go home and give your pets a big hug from one pet lover to another keep the faith.
