Memories of Moe Jefferson
|
Moe Baby Oh, so pretty Oh, so pretty Oh, so witty and wise. He used to love it when I would sing his special version of the song to him. I found Moe's litter on a farm when they were four weeks old. I bottle fed them and kept them clean. I found homes for three of them. But I kept him because he was sick. He became a big healthy boy. He was a great friend and companion. He was always there for me. He loved me so much he would lay on my head and purr. I cry for him every day. He was my Moe baby. He loved bedtime. He would come out into the living room and let us know when he thought it was getting late and we should be headed for bed. He loved to drink water out of my glass. He was cankerous old man when it came to the younger cats. But he loved them. He loved his food. He loved his Daddy. Please also visit Christine "Kitten" Jefferson. |
