Memories of Oz

Thank you to all the very kind people who signed my Ozzie's guest book and sent such healing words of sympathy to me. I wrote this on the day she she went to Heaven and I was so upset I didn't spell anything right. I've corrected the spelling and I thank you all again. God Bless You All. My Angel Oz was a Braveheart and a loving little sprite. With her little smiling blonde face (Dad called her his 'Marilyn Monroe dog'), button eyes and delicate pink tongue, and perky expressive ears, she could convince you to get up at 5am in the morning to walk her-& make you love it. No birds or rabbits or squirrels were allowed on 'her' deck or sidewalks. She would turn into a little gremlin to chase them away. She loved to ride in 'daddy's car' and to go up to Camp in the Adirondacks and to Rhode Island and Woodstock. She never caused a moment of problem to anyone. She was a little independent furball baby that you loved to catch and squeeze. She would tilt her head to the side and 'talk' to you when she wanted to go out or to be fed. She would run out of the bedroom to greet you with tail wagging & then she'd turn a somersalt on her back to greet us and have us scratch her little pot belly. She was the absolute most beautiful girl who just wanted to be with her Mom And Dad. We hope our other furbaby angel in Heaven, Chauncie, will be a best friend to Ozzie & help her in her new home. Chauncie & Ozzie will have no more pain or sickness and run and play in the grass all day and God will watch over them until I can meet and hold them again. Baby Ozzie, Mommy & Daddy are not far behind. We miss and love you so much and we pray that you wait for us at the Bridge. XXXOOO All My Love Forever, Your Mommy Annette. 5/28/11: Hello my baby girl.
