What a beautiful memorial I find it so heartwarming that you actually come by here make messages for your fur baby. You are such a loving mother. I hope that you have adopted again, but I wanted to drop by and let you know that you’re an angel and your babies are just an extension of you, please do show your love again. The shelters are completely full. I love your memorial. It’s absolutely beautiful.

Hi Abbey, you remind of my lab Benz. He went to the bridge in 2001. I am sure you have met his acquaintance already and are having lots of fun chasing each other and splashing in the water. Benz loved the water and I understand you do too. I am glad he is in such great company.

"Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened" -Anatole France - I have found such profound truth in that statement.... I believe in my heart, that is why we never forget the joy, the love, the very presence of our babies even after they've gone. You see, the part of us they've awoken simply never again falls asleep inside us! Instead, the cherished memories of their love, their very "presence" in our lives, keeps their flame eternally glowing in our hearts, no matter how little...or how long of a time has gone by since they've left our side.... May Abbey's flame continue to burn brightly and shine eternally in your heart, Nancy ... With wishes of the warmest and happiest of Holiday seasons this year to your entire family.......... from, Karen (Dusty's mommy)....... http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/DUSTY101/Resident.htm

Nancy, when I say Abbey's picture it made me cry. She looks so much like our Murphy, who we just lost on October 4th. God bless you and your family.

I happened on to this website and picked your message to Abbey to read. I lost my lab just this past Tues. It is devastating. Your message helped me and also to even think about another dog. Thanks. Sue

Happy Easter Abbey--lots of love is sent your way today, a day for gathering of family and friends, and you are surrounded by both---caleb tells me there is a grand egg hunt, and hes' enlisted help from a few of his bunny friends-Bun-Bun, Gotti and Tony, and shoo-Fly--as if they would ever divulge the Easter Bunny family secrets lol--they do however know allllll the secret bunny trails, so do you think it will work Abbey? or will our furbabies have to use Crystal Blue Persuasion ? They sure hope so, as full baskets and many a tummy ache are expected. You know Abbey, your mommy holds many of your beloved memories deep in her heart as do you, and these bring you glimpses of home--these bonds can never be broken or fade away--we as furbaby parents would not allow that--we know you cherish each and every one just as we loved and cherished all of you---each new day is one of beauty, love, peace and furbaby friendships old and new, and all those happy mommy memories:) Know peace, little one.

Abbey, You were such a sweet girl who brought so much joy and laughter to all who knew you. Even though you were taken home so young, I know you'll be leading the pack of new friends you've met recently. Rest in peace. You'll be sorely missed girl. Love, Kathy

Hello Abbey-How pretty you are, and such a nice picture for your family.being a furbaby parent, one thing is so true Abbey-the time we had to spend with you and others was much too short, but what beloved memories you created for Nancy, and the rest of your family--the special bond of love helped guide you to this magical and wondrous of Meadows, where nancy can be comforted knowing you are once more young, healthy, and meeting so many new friends like my Caleb. You are nancys' furbaby Angel now, and watch over them with love. your new star in the Heavens will shine brightly with your eternal love for them, so until you are once more together with your earthly family, play safely and know peace. There are lots and lots of peanut butter treats here, and so much room to play hide the treat, and water fun like you couldn't believe. This place of magic allows you to do so many things.

My deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write or talk on the phone please let me know. I will be there for you. Pat Lively
