Happy Birthday, Puppup! I was just reading some Daily Baileys and remembering our adventures and all the fun we had. There aren’t a lot of dogs who have been on television twice like you! Once at the interview at the vet’s and once when we were in the St. Patrick’s Day parade. But then you were always special. Aunt Sissy called the other day and we talked about you and Molly Margaret. As Dad always said “two good girls”. I still make your special cookies and send to Mom for Kenzie and Kelsey. I hope you’re able to sit on Grandma Jean’s lap sometimes and snuggle with her. Precious baby girl. It was 25 years ago this month that I met you and started to be your Aunt Barb. I can remember it like it was yesterday - Mom and Dad and I were sitting in your living room and you were asleep at Dad's feet. You were so tiny and you had that new puppy smell. At first I didn't think I would have enough time to take care of you with a full-time job and I told Mom I couldn't do it. Then something made me change my mind and I called her back and said I could. That was the best decision I ever made - because if I had not known you, I would have missed out on 14 years of joy with you. I would give anything to be able to be with you again.
