Barney looks like such a sweetheart. My little Hera was also a doll. I just lost her to cancer. She was 11 plus, almost 12. I feel the pain each time I look at her little face. Knowing she is with Barney has helped so much. They must be pals by now. Thank you Barney.

Dear Debbie and Greg, I was blessed to be a part of Barney's life almost from the day he was born to the day that he left us. I was with Debbie the day she picked that little rascal out of the litter of puppies. Debbie selected him because he had the best personality of the bunch. He was very playful, running all around, and stole Debbie's heart. Barney did not accept all men that Debbie dated, but he did accept Greg. That alone exemplifies how smart Barney was, because Greg is an absolutely wonderful guy and bro-in-law. I was with Debbie, Greg, and Barney a few days before Barney passed, and I know how well they cared for Barney, giving him the best chance for life possible. Sadly, Barney's frail body finally gave in to God. Barney, I hope that you are having fun playing with your cousins Shorty and Roscoe, who you haven't seen in a long time. We love you and miss you, and send our sincerest condolences to your mom and dad. Love, Dan, Josie, Kile, Brent, Misha, and Sasha

They will not go quietly, the pets who've shared our lives. In subtle ways they let us know their spirit still survives. Old habits still can make us think we hear them at the door Or step back when we drop a tasty morsel on the floor. Our feet still go around the place the food dish use to be, And, sometimes, coming home at night, we miss them terribly. And although time may bring new friends and a new food dish to fill, That one place in our hearts belongs to them.... and always will. - Author unknown. I am so sorry for your loss but I do hope that this poem offers you some comfort. Blessings………………….. Joyce

Hello Deborah & Greg, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Barney. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. Please take comfort in knowing that one day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander in July 2008 & have attached his link if you care to visit. With Love & Sympathy Diane. http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/ZANDE003/Resident.htm

Barney Boy....Wow, how did those years go by so quickly? I remember when you were just a little bitty flop-eared moppet. I'll sure miss seeing you when I visit your Mom and Dad. You brought them so much joy! Hope you're chasing rabbits in a big field of clover right about now. Love and hugs, Aunt Tina

Der Deborah and Greg, he's so beautiful and precious. I love every picture. What a wonderful blessing that sweet Barney came into your life many years ago and brought such happiness and love. My kitty, Inky, was also born in 1995, but left for heaven's most beautiful meadow last year. We must always know that our babies have gone to a happy place where they are young and well again. Barney now plays like a puppy in heavenly sunshine. He has made many new furfriends and together they roam, chase, woof-woof and purr, cuddle and nap, knowing all along that they will be reunited with their earthly families someday. When we cross the rainbow bridge and our angel babies come running to greet us, we will be with them forever more. I wish you blessings of healing and peace, dear friends. You were, and are, wonderful parents to sweet Barney. I understand and care. Jane

Barney - You are such a good looking guy! You have left your family many endearing memories! Send your family some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let Deborah and Greg know that God has appointed you to be their guardian, protector to watch over them until they are called to join you at the Bridge. To Deborah and Greg - I send my heartfelt sympathy to you over the loss of Barney. I too lost my soulmate not long ago, see Brande at http://rainbowsbridge.com/residents/BRAND167/Resident.htm - We know that God has promised we will be with our babies again. I leave this quote with you, "heaven is the only place where all the dogs and cats you have ever loved will come running to meet you." Author Unknown

My Sidney was waiting on the bridge to welcome Barney to his new home. They are chasing sunbeams and telling "tails" of their great lives. I have asked them to send you a rainbow from heaven above, a upside smile. When you miss Barney the most listen to your heart his love and paw print are there
