I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Billy. Please find comfort in knowing that Billy is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Billy and Spooky have become good friends. Diane and Arlen, I know how hard it is to lose a member of your family. Your Billy is with my Bailey, a goofy white lab mix who loved everyone, cats included. He also left us far too soon, so they can play like youngsters together. Thank God for loving people like you who give so much to your "kids", no wonder they always seek you out. A special blessing for people like you who take in babies who have no homes, and give them all the love and attention they deserve. You selfishly took a sick fur baby, healed a broken paw, and gave Billy a wonderful life full of love,kindness, joy, and happiness. I am sure he will always love you for all that you gave him, and would not ask for anything more from you. Love is eternal, and when the time is right you will be reunited at the Bridge. He will be waiting curling his tail, purring and waiting for you to rub his head. I miss my adopted baby bunnies too who have passed on. I know they have found each other at the bridge. I believe our babies know we will always carry them in our hearts. At least I pray they do. My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Welcome to the bridge Billy...how are you today? I am so sorry that you were thrown away because you had a broken leg. That's no reason to get rid of you BUT it looks like you found a very loving home so that's the good that came out of your early life. You are going to make many friends at the bridge & there's so much to do. You get to chase lizards & take long naps in the sun. And I hear they have the best catnip around. Isn't that great? Make sure you send your mommie & daddy lots of purrs so they know you are OK. Now go find that catnip. To Arlen & Diane...we are sorry for your loss. Billy, What a precious baby you were, always so loyal and loving.You taught and gave your family so much that they now know the true meaning of unconditional love.They long for the day to be able to hold you and to look into your eyes again.
