You have been gone almost 6 months, I don't know if you went and passed on, or ran away. We had you for 4 1/2 Beautiful years, you NEVER ,EVER RAN AWAY the longest you were gone was 2 hours, then you RAN BACK TO YOUR HOME, This was your domain, you had tons of love, attention, food, water and a big home and big back yard you ran around in. You were so happy here, Now your gone and I still walk back to the fence by the wood where I think you chose to pass on, I stand there and talk to you, tell you how much I love you and miss you, and WISH I COULD SEE YOU RUNNING BACK HOME, Tears flow down my face like a faucet.I THANK GOD for taking good care of you and I ask GOD to let you know HOW MUCH WE LOVED YOU, WHEN YOU WERE HERE AND HOW MUCH WE WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU, your DAD MISSES HIS BUDDY SO MUCH, No One will ever take your place Butter, Remember I used to give you KISS KISS on your head and told you KISS KISS means I LOVE YOU, SO KISS KISS my little love YOU WILL ALWAYS BE IN MY HEART.

Such a beautiful kitty cat!! I am so very sorry he had to leave you. Sounds like he had a good life with you. I am sure it will be a while before your tears turn to smiles so it is important to connect with Butterscotch. Our babies love us to call their names. It connects us and helps us to feel better and them too. They suffer just as we do. I talk and sing his favorite song to my baby every day. I feel a little relief when I do and I pray he does too. He has come to visit me so I think he does hear me. Such joy and fun they give us that when they are gone it is so hard to do all of that. My little guy loved his pasta with butter and cheese every night and so that is what he got. I still make it sometimes just for him and then I eat it. So talk and sing to your angel and he will come to see you. Keep the love alive and be well.

Peter/Anna..a beautiful tribute to a great friend. Butterscotch is a beautiful boy, his name fits his color . It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know he is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo, Ralph and Eva while waiting for us to join them at the Bridge. I can send you my babies sites if you wish to visit..take care..

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Butterscotch. Please find comfort in knowing that Butterscotch is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13,Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19 and Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20.
