tom and maria i know its going on 8 years on the passing of champ theri lives seem so short i know my two boxer were short lived but like your they were not short loved.my sable we had to help her across the bridge 02-11-08/boca baby went to sleep and never woke up from surgey 02-09-2010 but like champ they were the best of the best.champ was a special one in his own right.by the love and care the way he watched out for you.champ should get a special place in at rainbow and champ still is watching over you and your family.god bless

Your story brought a tear to my eye and I'll pray for him, my daughter just lost her dog and after reading your story I'm thinking maby Rainbow Bridge might be good for her.

Hello Champ and welcome to RB! You sound like a wonderful companion to Tom and Maria. Your mom and dad have created a wonderful tribute for you and have shared some memories of you. It was so nice of you to bang on the door, giving them a sign, that your journey was made safely and that you are ok. Tom and Maria, I am so sorry for your loss of Champ. You must feel lost right now. Know that time will help ease the pain. Those we held in our arms for a little while, we hold in our hearts forever. Champ was well loved. My deepest sympathies to you and your family on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Champ - you are a true champion of the family! Keep sending them messages and signs from the Rainbow that you are safe, happy,healthy and will have many fur friends to play with now. Let mom and dad know that God has appointed you to be the guardian, protector to watch over them until they are called to the Bridge one day to join you. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To Tom and Maria - I send my sincere sympathy to you over the loss of Champ.
