I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Dub. Please find comfort in knowing that Dub is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Dub and Spooky have become good friends. Our cat Boots, like Dub, had a peaceful loving attitude, but really didn't like to play ball. Chasing a red dot laser would wear you out. Physically, he's crossed the bridge but spiritually he checks in.

Jeane, what a beauty. I am so very sorry that Dub had to leave to cross the bridge. They are not lost, just waiting for us. One of my best friends and companion of 16 years, Willy, went to the bridge in January. My tears still flow when I think of him. I know though, that Dub and Willy are probably playing in the meadows, running and jumping now. I know Willy loved the sunshine and I hope that Dub does too. I truly believe that God would not have made a Heaven without our beloved companions there to meet us. I have left an extra angel to look over Dub, as they are our special angels watching over us. I hope that your pain begins to turn to peace that fills your heart with nothing but wonderful memories. They make the days become a little less heartbreaking knowing that their hearts are always with ours. God Bless You until we all meet again. Dub - Your family will always remember you and sends you so much love! I am sure you were a great family member also! Send them some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and have many friends. Let Jeanne and the others know that God has appointed you to be their guardian, protector to watch over them until they are called to the Bridge to join you one day. Dear Jeanne, It's sad when our furry little soulmates leave us for the rainbow meadow, but we know that they go to a beautiful place. They play all day in God's most beautiful meadow and at night, they rest with angels beneath heavenly stars. I am sure your Dub has met up with my Inky and Bubba Lou, who left for the meadow earlier this year. We will see our little departed ones again someday. May our Lord comfort and bless you.

Hello Jeanne, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Dub. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, in time we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on there memory and begin to celebrate there life. My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 6 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. Jeanne, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts.
