I have no problem taknilg about writing and books and stories. There's always a point in a book, where you get over the hump it's somewhere between 70 and 85 % of the way then suddenly the book takes off and it's flying together like the pieces of a 1000 piece puzzle. From that experience is where I discovered the living the book, blocking out the world. So I try and take sections of the book and just block out the world and write and write, sleep only a little. Everything that time is the book, and nothing else. I will do this three or more times in a book, then after each one I go back to the daily writing and living.Losses. When you lose your parents, you feel so untethered, as if you are floating through this life. It was the strangest feeling for me, once my dad was gone. I suspect after you recover from being battered in the side of the head with all those losses, you will feel as if you are starting over.
