Hi Judy. Kathy has gone to work and I saw this in the in box. I have just finished reading it and regardless of the years, it is really touching and so well written and such a great tribute to KoKo. My brother, Dave, and his wife Vicki have an adorable Yorkie and she reminds me of KoKo. I thank you for the email and I want to wish you and Ray a wonderful Christmas and a very Happy New Year. Do you think that you will ever come back this way? There are so many here that would love to see you again. Plus,we miss your noodles at the get togethers. I am not kidding about that! Kathy and I are doing pretty good. She is working hard at trying to stay healthy and watching her sugar intake. I had worked at Lowes, but now I am just a go-fer at Kathy's Bank. Hopefully, Kathy will be able to retire in a couple of years. How is Ray? Please tell him hello. Your old brother-in-law JIm.

KoKo seems to have been very lucky he was scooted off the island to be replaced by the kid.......kid's loss!!! Sounds like you gave KoKo a wonderful life and KoKo gave you a wonderful friendship in return. Amazing how our attachments, so very mutual, go on and on forever. You are so correct, the heart goes on forever between a beloved KoKo and furparent!!! May your memories of KoKo warm your heart often. Lorraine
