May the memories of your blessed furangel, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face and a chuckle to your heart as you remember how your baby’s paw prints touched your life, be the ones that bloom in your heart this Holiday Season. My prayer for all of us this blessed season, is that each of our babies wrap up a special little sign for each one of us back here, and send it to us during the Holidays. Macy, although I did not get to share much time with you, I shared enough to know how special you were. Your still such of this life and I can feel you in the house you left. I can't seem to get your sister's name right as I call her Macy more often then not. She's another wonderful lab and she's maturing into her own self. She's doing her best to help your dad and heal his heart from your loss. Continue to give him strength and watch over Callie as she grows. I know that you are healthy and happy but I know when you see your dad again, he will also be happy. I loved you girl, you were special. Thank you for letting me sit on the grass in the sun with you for the short time that I did. Tell all my beloved pets you see that I love them; especially Buddy beagle who left shortly after Tucker. Can't wait to see you all again. <3

I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Macy. Please find comfort in knowing that Macy is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I am sure that Macy and Spooky have become good friends. Just recently on January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. Spooky never met Hannah but I am sure Spooky greeted Hannah at the bridge. Old habits still can make us think we hear them at the door Or step back when we drop a tasty morsel on the floor. Our feet still go around the place the food dish use to be, And, sometimes, coming home at night, we miss them terribly. Richard, what a lovely tribute you wrote to Macy on his/her memory page. And, what a beatuiful dog Macy was. You will always carry Macy's love in your heart, as Macy will carry yours in his/her heart. And, you will always remain the better person Macy taught you to be; that's only one of Macy's gifts to you. And perhaps someday, you'll be able to think of Macy more with smiles than tears. Dear Richard, I'm sorry for the loss of your Macy.I lost my best friend Finnbar in December so I understand how hard it is to say goodbye. At least its just for now. You'll will be with Macy again when its time.Until then, Macy is happy and healthy. She's having a ball at the bridge with her new friends all the while keeping an eye on you. If you pay attention you may still feel her gentle presence sometimes. I hope she's met my Finn by now.
