Knowing that you are happy and healthy in your new life eases our pain as we await that glorious day when the Lord will reunite us to spend eternal life together. Precious Marleigh Mae we cannot believe that 9 months have passed since you left on Angel's Wings to join Mindy and Maddi-Lynn in Paradice. We are still heartbroken and we miss you so very much. You were the center of our lives for so over eleven wonderful years and you brought such joy and happiness into our home! Every day with you was a special day filled with you silly and entertaining personality. you loved to sit outside and hope for someone to visit us, your silly scooting and your circling the kitchen table waiting for your meal to be prepared made us chuckle daily. You loved seeing people (especially the mail carrier and all delivery people), and they loved being greeted by you and your little dance. You fought so bravely to survive and to continue sharing your love with us, and we did everything that we could to help you defeat your mast cell cancer. In the end it was God who relieved your pain and suffering by sending His Angels to carry you to your forever home with God. Precious Marleigh Mae today is exactly one month since we sent you on your way to the Rainbows Bridge. Although it broke our hearts to let you go,you had been in failing health for a couple of weeks ( although you would show some improvement at times), but your final 24 hours were very difficult. We got trapped by a major snow storm and couldn't get you home until the next day, so you endured much suffering, and we are so sorry that we couldn't give the gift of pain relief you so deserved. David/Suzanne..a beautiful tribute to a great friend. Marleigh is a beautiful girl. I have visited both of your babies and they are both beautiful. It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. Be sure to know she is happy, healthy and playing with Oreo, Ralph, Eva and Hermione while waiting for us to join them at the Bridge. I can send you my babies sites if you wish to visit..take care.. I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Marleigh. Please find comfort in knowing that Marleigh is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th, 2001, after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13, Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19, Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20, Firefly 12/20/22, and Zachary 02/19/23.
