Hello Charles and Michael, I recently made a memorial page for my baby girl Hailey whom I lost in April. I wanted to look at some other Maltese parents pages, and I came across yours. Max looks like a great dog, and I'm sure is truly missed and loved. Maltese are the best, smartest, sassiest, dogs with the sweetest faces. Mine technically is a Maltipoo, but it still applies. I am truly sorry for your loss. This is a very hard thing to go through. However, this website including the Monday memorial service really helps with the grief. My prayers are with you. -- Melissa

Charlie/Michael...a beautiful tribute to a great friend.Max is a beautiful boy. It is always hard to lose a furry young or old and I have lost both. But no matter what or for whatever reason they are always taken from us too soon leaving their forever pawprints within us. I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Max. Please find comfort in knowing that Max is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13,Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, and Shelby 6/12/18. I am sure that Max and my babies have all become good friends. I am so very sorry for the loss of your sweet Max. When we lost one of our babies, after leaving the vet a butterfly appeared out of nowhere and landed on my shirt. I knew that it was her telling me that she was okay now and that she would always be with me. Many gentle hugs to you and your family.
