I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Mazie. Please find comfort in knowing that Mazie is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. jackie so sorry we also had a orange tabby cat who we also had tom send to rainbow bridge she was 8 years old and not sure what the vet called it but it was like old age just had taken over her body.like you we noted it to late to save her.my prayer out to you and i know mazie loves you and no forgiven is needed.for you were not at fault god had just called her home

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Perhaps your darling Mazie went to the Bridge when you weren't home to spare herself seeing your pain but in any case I am sure that she knew how you loved her. Don't torture yourself with those other thoughts as these little creatures do not punish us for being human. You will see a sign to verify that in the very near future I am sure because God is good and he will guide Mazie to let you know that she is happy and wants you to be happy too. You will one day be together again and until then may she rest with the Lord in his care. Blessings................

Dear Mazie, I no you are across the bridge and you feel no pain and r healthy and happy with only 1 thing missing but your mom will se you again when it is time untill then just no that God wants u to watch over her. I know you are walking only a few steps behind her. Its hard on us 2 leggeds we miss you so. And sometime we are hard on ourselfes did we do this could we have done that its just our way of dealing with the pain. Just know that your mom has all of us here at the bridge on this side to help her God bless you Mazie and send your mom signs you r ok. Also look for my gallant appariton she passed on 12/04/09 she will give you lots of rides and my Se'a who passed a week before that they where here with me for 18 yrs. and i miss them so tell them that for me. with love for all the fur babies Tracy

Mazie - You have been a great companion and so loving to mom! Send her some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let her know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let Jackie know that God has appointed you to be her guardian, protector to watch over her until she is called to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. I know how you feel as I recently lost my Romeo baby. The heartbreak is unbearable. I had a Lhasa that had kidney failure and got her treatment but a year later I had to put her to sleep. When they have kidney failure it is terminal and nothing can reverse it. I have some things I blame my self for in my Romeo's illness but remember you and I did the best that we can.
