We grieve with you for your loss. Our precious Ginger and Duffy left us from illness in 2015 & 2010 respectfully. Both of them are waiting for us at the Rainbow Bridge and we truly believe we will see them again someday.

I lost my own Molly a few weeks ago. She chose our family and became exactly that. Nothing less. I too held her as they euthanized her as a result of Lymphoma Sarcoma ( boy do I hate those words). I did everything to save her. However, in the end the cancer became to much for her. I miss her so much. As time goes by I feel as though I failed her. She only lived to be 7. We were blessed with 7 wonderful years, yet I feel robbed of our time. Perhaps, both of our Mollies are playing together on the rainbow bridge. I'm sorry for your loss.

All the years I've known you Elaine I never got to read this. You have always been one of my favorite people in the world for what you do. You really make a difference in the world. I'm proud to know you & I have great respect for you and your family. I think about you guys often. My Buster is still doing great at 13 1/2 and I thank you for bringing him into our lives....

I want to say thank you! I found your website looking for two puppies I found on petfinder.com. But what I found, I can not put in words, because the tears are still falling from my eyes. I am sorry for your lost! Molly was beautiful and how she touched your lives to help other animals in need is just amazing. Last year I adopted a rescue pup, I named Bentley and I always wish I could do more to help others. I started by trying to have friends and family adopt rescue pets. The shelters need to do better. But I am so glad and blessed to know that there are people like Molly's Militia that are out there changing lives.Thank you all for what you have and continue to do. Thank you Molly, a Beautiful Angel!

Molly, I want to say thank you. Because of you in feb 2003 we had the most wonderful dog, Casper join our family. He was the sweetest dog anyone could have known. Two days ago our poor casper lost his battle with cancer and went to heaven. I couldn't imagine our lives without him. Please take him under your paw and watch over him. Thank you for being the first one to rescue him out of a shelter and allowing him to join our family.

My heart goes out to ya'll. My Jazz was a blonde cocker and he was with me 14 years - he simply went to sleep. We think he had cancer. This has been 4 years= it will get better= cherish the memories. I'm trying to find another cocker....

Your story is inspiring. Good work you are doing. I see Molly was your heart dog. I also lost my heart dog Brutus as well. They teach us so many things. They love us unconditionally. I also believe in rescue and will never buy another pet again. Remember you will see your Molly again one day.

I just went to this site after reading your sweet note to Joie regarding CARA. Having lost 6 dogs in my adult life, I know how much it hurts and even though it was four years ago I know you still miss her. Thank you for all you are doing to help the cockers. We need more kind hearted people like you. Best wishes to you, Marilyn Tomlin/Seattle and her dogs Glory, 14, a rescue and Shelby, 6, who wasn't a rescue but needed a home when I got her at 2 and a half

Your site is inspiring and I am sitting here with tears streaming down my face after reading Molly's story. We just lost our sweet Beagle, Mellie, on January 28th 2008 to cancer. It was the hardest thing I have ever done to let her go. She was 11 years old. We had just recovered from losing our 16 year old dachshund, Cleo, in September 2007 and had no idea we would lose Mellie so close to losing Cleo. We are now serioulsy considering adopting one of your sweet pups for adoption. Thank you for all you through Molly's Militia. You guys are wonderful.
