Dear Tari, she's beautiful and precious in every way. What a wonderful blessing that Nikki came into your life and brought such happiness and love every day she was with you. It breaks our hearts to say goodbye to our furry little companions but we must always know that they have gone to a happy place where they are young and well again. Sweet Nikki now plays like a puppy with Coty, Chewie and my two rainbow kitties, Inky and Bubba Lou. In gentle heavenly snowfall, or soft rainbow sunshine, Nikki roams, chases, woof-woofs, cuddles and naps, knowing all along that she will be reunited with her earthly mommy someday. To us, it will seem like an eternity until we see our little angels again, but to them, it's the blink of an eye and the wag of a precious tail. Blessings of healing and peace, dear friend. Hello Tari, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Nikki. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. Please take comfort in knowing that one day we will be together again with our beautiful companions; I lost my Zander in July 2008 & have attached his link if you care to visit. Send your family some signs, kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends. Let Tari know that you have met up with Chewie and Coty, and that God has appointed all of you to be her guardian, protectors to watch over her until she is called to join you at the Bridge. I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Nikki. Please find comfort in knowing that Nikki is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. Tari, so sorry for your loss. Saying goodbye is never easy.....those little furry companions definitely steal our hearts and souls. They are so precious and are truly one of God's greatest gifts.
