For little Pedro, I am glad to know you have a wonderful mother who loved and cared very deeply for you, as I'm sure you did for her. I know your mother has been thinking about you since that fateful day, but I'm sure that's just how deeply you were loved by her. I hope you, your sisters, and Sparky are all enjoying each other's company on the other side of that Rainbow Bridge. For Rosalind, thank you for taking the time and being the first to visit and leave a message for my dear Sparky. You are a very loving parent and I'm sure Pedro was just as lucky to have you as you were to have him. The wound and impact they leave in our lives is profound and immeasurable, but we wouldn't have loved them and they wouldn't have loved us as much otherwise. These scars are proof of their mark in our lives, and I can only wish the best for you. Ted

I read it through tears because I understand the profound sadness we feel when we lose a beloved furbaby. I have 2 residencies here with LiLi & my 1st ever kitty, Tori. It's been 12 years since I lost her & I'm still not over it. But, the deeper the love, the deeper the pain.
