JoAnn and Family, what beautiful memories you have of Rusty Russell. He's precious beyond words, right down to his orange M. My orange tabby, Bubba Lou, who also had the M on his sweet head, was 14 when he left for heaven's most beautiful meadow last year. We must always know that our babies are happy and well, romping like kittens now in a new world full of love and fun. We will be reunited with them at the rainbow bridge someday. Blessings of healing and peace, dear friends. Please know that I understand and care. I leave a brush for our little angels... it was Bubba Lou's favorite thing!

Dear JoAnn, Sending my condolences for the loss of adorable Rusty Russell. It is very obvious Rusty harbours some unique and wonderful character about him and he does carry this very much so in spirit on his journey upon the Bridge. Yes, it's very true that our furry loves ones remain with us spiritually - through their energy and vibration they remain close. Keep on sending your loving thoughts to Rusty Russell nightly and you find that when he visits in your dreams that he will be closer (in form) and until you meet again in his (current) realm it will be the next best thing to seeing him - like he was. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life.
