Sweet Sara...Eleven years ago today, also a Sunday and right about this time you crossed the Rainbow Bridge. Not one day of those years has gone by without a thought of you or a mention of your name. I'm thinking of you now with only happy thoughts and a few giggles as I remember our "group howl"! I can imagine the mischief and hijinks going on there as you play with Wilson and Chopper, Sophie and Trix, Lucy and little Poppet. Missing you and loving you all...forever, your momma dog

As I lie here thinking of Sara, I can't help but also remember her sister Sophie, Chopper, The Dickster, Lucie, Poppit and Trix. How fast time passes us by but the memories of our fur babies will last forever. The kisses, hugs and love they gave us we will always be able to feel until we all meet again at the bridge. Sweet Sara Lee Pupcake...I saw you and your sister for the first time 15 years ago this week. I knew from the minute I held your little cotton ball body that you would be coming home with me, even though I tried to act as if I wasn't really interested. We stopped at Petsmart to get you food and a dish, collar and leash, and a teddy bear. I still have the canceled check I wrote with "puppy" on the memo line. You were such a good pup and so small! I remember taking you to work in a shoe box because I didn't want to leave you home alone. The only thing I would change is that Sophie would have come with us then, but she waited for us and it all turned out as it was meant to be for 10 wonderful years..."The Girls"!
