Greg and Marian, what a beautiful love story that you have written here for your Smootly. I have 7 babies here all but two are rescues. I have worked many years in rescue and transport and even after lots of sadness and unbelievable recovery of furries with the love and devotion from folks like you two, I still get teared up knowing that one more found the love and devotion and home that they each deserve. God bless you both for giving little Smootly the love and home that was so deserving. May you find comfort in the knowing she walks with you forever in her spirit.

i remember my trixie fay frisz she loeved laying out in the sun.and of all the furbaby she was the only one to lay out for an on end if we let her. smootly maybe you and trixie are sun baithing togther at the bridge.hard when you have to help one you love across the bridge but thats true love on your part as with trixie i had also helped her across an di will never for get that painful day for me but a new beginning for my trixie as it was for smootly

May the happiest of memories of your sweet Smootly, the ones that can't help but bring a smile to your face, be the ones that fall as gentle as a Winter's snow in your mind this month. This is the first December Holiday that your baby will celebrate at the Rainbow together with Toppy, and just picture their child-like fascination together at all the events there this month! Hello, pretty little Smootly. We're sorry we've not visited such a precious little one sooner. Our little old gray lady kitty Pressy told us about a pretty little girl doggie who came to welcome Toppy with her. Pressy told us all about you. She said you and her were showing little Toppy the wonders of the Paradise meadow together. Pressy also said she was teaching you both the love sign skill so you would be sending Mom and Dad sweet doggie kisses on the evening breezes. Mom and Dad will be so happy to know you and Toppy are together and safe and happy in the beautiful meadow. You're both shining stars in their sky watching over them until they come to cross the Bridge one day to all be together again for all time. Play happily with Toppy and the other furbabies but both of you stop often to smile down on Mom and Dad so they'll know you're both with them always bound together with love. Smootly - What a beautiful, and pure loving baby you are. Your mommy and daddy are missing you so much. Send them some kisses from the Rainbow and let them know you are safe, happy and healthy now. Meet up with Toppy and you two stick together and be your mommy and daddy's protectors until they are called by God to the Bridge one day. Have you met my Brande? You will have to get Brande to share some of her carrots with you. Play sweetly and have fun with all your fur buddies!

Sweet and precious little Smootly-How brave you were till your own guardian angel sent greg and Marian to you-you at least knew what it was to be loved, and you were able to shower them with your unconditional love that only we furbaby parents can appreciate and know deep down what it means.your story is so beautiful yet sad at the same time-that such cruelties exist in this world.That special bond you shared with greg and marian helped lead your path to this most wondrous and magical of meadows where you are once more young and healthy-what a gorgeous furbaby angel you are--now you can watch over your family and send lots of signs to them you are all right. You are one more shining star in the heavens whose glow will draw your mommy and daddys' eyes to your place in Paradise and they will know it is you.
