Smudgy....oh that I can see you running over to Rainbow's gate, nose in air, tail wagging so excitedly fast, as Peggy crossed over! Oh the two of you had the most fantastic "Rainbow Reunion" didn't you? Keep Peggy warm and snuggly close to you, Smudgy, and teach her all the magical ways of the Rainbow, okay sweetie? Now you both can sneak over to the "edge" of the Rainbow and blow kisses to Carmen and your family back here. Those kisses will be felt as breezes blowing on your family's cheeks, so blow a few to them even today, okay babies? And remember, snuggle close with Peggy, little guy. Snuggle close with her.

Hello, handsome Smudgy, welcome to the forever sunny meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Your Mommie and Daddie love and miss you so...they made you a beautiful place at RB. We asked our Pressy to welcome you and be your playmate to chase golden sunbeams and give you kitty headbumps. She'll show you wonders of the bright Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind to Mommie and Daddie...doggie signs to Peggy and Bambi too!...so they'll feel your presence and special doggie kisses in gentle evening breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly for them until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We'll ask they not be so sad but remember you're in their hearts forever. Play happy meadow games with the other furbabies but stop often to smile at Mommie and Daddie so they'll feel the warmth of your love and know you miss them too and are with them always. Good Morning Smudgy. I know it was a nice surprise to open your eyes in such a beautiful place, and be met by all of our wonderful Furbaby angels. By now they are showing all around the magical hills & valleys. You are free of pain & young again. don't froget to send your folks a sign to let them know everything is fine. Some day you will see them again. Until then, you will be their Angel doggie, watching over them.

My deepest sympathies to you on your loss. I do know what it is like to lose a loved one, whether Human or one of our special, furry babies. Having lost quite a few of my own and doing dog rescue, it is never easy. From my house of 8 furr babies, to yours, we wish you the best. If you ever need to write please do so. I will be there for you. They never leave us, we just don't see them any more. Their spirit lives on.

Smudgy - What a cute little guy you are! Send your family some kisses from the Rainbow to let them know that you are safe, happy, healthy and will have many friends to play with. Let Carmen know that God has appointed you to be the guardian,protector to watch over her until she is called to the Bridge to join you one day. I will tell my Brande to find you and play with you. To Carmen - I send my deepest regrets over the loss of Smudgy.
