She'll show you wonders of Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so Mommy and Daddy feel your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come for you to cross the Bridge together for all time. I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Tyler. Please find comfort in knowing that Tyler is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. I have lost several babies since Spooky's passing. Hannah 1/11/13, Sammi 8/2/13,Maci 4/9/14, Gabbi 3/20/17, Zoe 1/3/18, Willow 6/4/18, Shelby 6/12/18, Bear 11/17/19 and Bella and Murphy who were both tragically poisoned on 06/18/20. Shari & Frank - I am so sorry for your recent loss and your other fur baby's passing also. Find comfort in knowing that you can always talk to your little man Tyler. What sweet memories you must have - center on those when you are feeling badly about having to help him to Rainbow Bridge. Yes, I know the feeling quite well - we had to put our toy poodle down he was 3 weeks shy of his 18th birthday - and two kitties that we're 14 & 15 yrs old in Oct a day apart - While it's been little over a year for the kitties I still feel broken hearted. Proverbs 12:10 States: A righteous man regards the life of his beast. Am so sorry about your loss. Just remember this.... Just this side of Heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together,completely healed. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. His bright eyes are intent. His eager body quivers.... You have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together..... Dear Shari and Frank Having to make a difficult decision like you did is never easy. I recently went through the same thing and still struggle six months later. I had to make the same decision with my cat Toby who was a stray and been with me for 12 years. My house seems so empty and I keep wondering about my decision. He had cancer and it was sad to see him vomit all the time and lose weight. He was the best pet. I hope we both find our friends at the rainbow bridge some day. thank you for your story.
