Angelica, Jared, and Sophia, I'm so sorry for your loss of your precious Wookie Shortal. As you cherish every memory, please be comforted and know that your fur-baby is at the Rainbow Bridge meeting many new friends including my Bailey who crossed over to the Bridge on July 29, 2016. The Bridge kids will be with your precious fur-angel in the beautiful Paradise Meadow. My thoughts and prayers are with you, and I'm leaving a white rose bouquet for comfort. God Bless...

Dear Angelica, Jared & Sophia, Just a note to let you know my heart is saddened with yours in the loss of Wookie. Being a dog owner/lover most of my life, I know the deep heartache we feel when we lose one so precious to us. I do hope, in time, the sadness will lift and in its place will be those joyful memories of Wookie that will make you smile and laugh again. Blessings, Dianna

I’m really sorry about the loss of your beloved Wookie. I cried when I read your touching story. I truly understand your heartbreak and pain and I’m so sorry you’re going through this. I understand completely how you feel about not being there with him when he passed because the same thing happened to me so I understand your pain. I wasn’t able to be there with my beloved Loki and it haunted me. But then I was convinced by someone that he didn’t blame me and he knew how much he was loved just as your beloved Wookie knew. I did just by reading your heartfelt story. You’re in my thoughts. Sending you a gentle hug. ❤️

What a beautiful pup and precious tribute to this very special soul. Wookie, your family loves you very much and misses you. I know you are at the Bridge with Savvy, and look for Buddy too (our Yorkie). The three of you will get along great and have a grand time running and playing in the meadows. Look in on your family from time to time sending them your love.

I am so sorry for your loss of Wookie. My heart goes out to you as I know you are struggling so with the loss of your precious baby. Your world has lost a very special baby, family member and friend, but the heavens have welcomed home a very special soul. Earth’s loss is heaven’s gain. I know you had a special relationship with Wookie that will always be a part of you. I pray that my sweet little girl, Bailey, found Wookie and they have become friends. May the precious love you shared with Wookie continue to warm your heart and I hope you find peace and comfort knowing that your love will bind you together forever. Peace and blessings to you. My precious Bailey left our world December 5th, 2013 and we miss her so. Please visit my Bailey at http://RainbowsBridge.com/residents/BAILE364/Resident.htm

Today, I took Chewy and Gabby, your momma and dad on a short hike. I found a medallion on the ground as I opened the passenger door (pic below) .. a beautiful sign of comfort. I miss you so much Wookie. I so wish you were still with us every single day. My tears continue to fall and such a great sense of loss and sadness overcome me. I love and miss you so much, my previous Wookie.

For sweet Wookie, I know that during your lifetime you gave Angelica, Jared, and Sophia, much joy. Now I am wishing for you lots and lots of happiness playing in the meadows beyond the Rainbow Bridge. From looking at your photo and reading what your family wrote for and about you it is obvious that you came from a very warm and loving home. Wookie, I have a wonderful playmate for you. His name is Pedro and he is adorable just like you. I know you two will be very good friends. For Angelica, Jared and Sophia, I just visited your Wookie's Rainbows Bridge residency and wanted to express my deepest sympathy for the loss of your precious Fur Angel. I am sure if asked, Wookie would have said that every day spent with you was a blessing. Having lost my little dog Pedro I can understand how you must be feeling and how much you must miss Wookie. Wishing you all the very best always, Rosalind (Pedro's Mom).

Angelica, Jared and Sophia: Nothing can ever prepare us for the depth of sadness after the passing of a best friend. Losing a companion disrupts established routines and rituals that provide us with structure and support as well as our emotional well-being. Allow memories of Wookie to help you on your journey to healing as one can feel lost in the days and weeks after a companion passes on. Honor, celebrate and always remember the energy of love never dies. Ever. I've gifted a pull rope to keep your connection-just don't let go!

Hello, handsome Wookie Shortal, welcome to Paradise meadow by Rainbow Bridge. Your family loves and misses you so...they made you a beautiful place and wrote loving words. We asked our Pressy to help Savvy welcome you and be a playmate to chase colorful rainbows and give you special kitty love headbumps. She'll show you Paradise meadow and teach you to send love signs on the wind so your family feels your loving presence with them and sweet kisses in gentle breezes. You're now a guardian star shining brightly until they come to cross the Bridge together for all time. We ask they not be so sad but treasure your memory and remember you're nestled beside your pawprints deep in their hearts forever. Play meadow games with other furangels but stop often to smile at your family so they feel the warmth of your love surround them and know you miss them too and are with them. Soar among clouds on silvery new angel wings to watch over your family always, beloved sweet Wookie. Pressy's Grandpa
