We lost our beloved papillon Bailey yesterday after 13 1/2 wonderful years and we know the pain you describe. We hope you use your memories of Zoey to give you strength to heal. My baby Zoey, its me, mama. Its been 3 long years and my heart is so broken. The tears continue to fall. I am so broken without you. Boo boo watches over me and i have a new rescue baby named Maddy. Hello Deborah & Amanda, I am so sorry for the lost of your beautiful Zoey. King Solomon wrote in Ecclesiastes: "To everything there is a season and a time to every purpose under heaven…a time to weep and a time to laugh; a time to mourn and a time to dance…" The Zohar, the classic work of Kabbalah, describes the inner psyche of man as "crying being on one side of the heart and laughing on the other side of the heart." Yet, there is an even deeper understanding, we will learn to be joyous and broken hearted at the same time. Our fur babies where so beautiful and a gift of true joy & love, how can we not be happy when we reflect on their memory and begin to celebrate their life. I am so sorry to hear about your loss of Zoey. Please find comfort in knowing that Zoey is now at Rainbows Bridge and making lots of friends. Saying goodbye is never easy. I also lost my precious cat Spooky July 30th 2001 after 16 wonderful years with her. On January 11, 2013, I lost my faithful friend Hannah who was a beautiful blue tick hound dog. On August 2, 2013 another one of my beautiful cats, Sammi, a black and white tabby, went to Rainbows Bridge. April 9, 2014, Maci, my English Bulldog passed over to Rainbows Bridge. Maci and Hannah were best friends. I am sure that Zoey and my babies have all become good friends. Dear Deborah and Amanda I'm sorry for the loss of your Zoey. I lost my Finnbar December 2012.I understand how hard it is to say goodbye.When its time you'll be together again just as it should be.Until then Zoey is waiting for you at Rainbowsbridge happy and healthy.There are new places to explore so much space to run like the wind all the good treats and when she needs a break,meadows to lie in the sun.She's having a ball with her new friends all the while still keeping an eye on you.I hope she's met Finn by now.He's a friendly little cat but he's scrappy and he can catch. Zoey I am sorry for your loss. Deborah & Amanda love and miss you very much. My Perseus went to Rainbow Bridge when he was 14. There are no more aches or pains. No rain only sunshine. Our Pressy is the little old gray lady kitty who plays in golden sunbeams and chases bright rainbows and colorful butterflies with you. Pressy asked her family to visit playmate Zoey. She said she gives you special kitty love headbumps and taught you to send love signs on the wind so Mama feels your loving presence with her and sweet kisses when gentle breezes blow. Pressy said you send love signs to tell her you're in Paradise meadow watching over her waiting until she comes for you one day to cross Rainbow Bridge together forever. Play happy meadow games with other furangels in beautiful Paradise but stop often to smile at Mama so she feels the warmth of your love surround her and knows you miss her too and are with her for she loves and misses you so...your pawprints are forever in her heart Soar among clouds on silvery angel wings to watch over Mama always, beloved sugarbaby.
