Angel, the most loyal, loving, precious girl. A perfect service companion, always ready to please, that plumy tail always ready to wag, the paw on my hand when I was upset or feeing bad, the happy little hops when we were going out, oh how you loved popcorn, the more butter the better, and the silly grin and head tilt when the bathroom garbage can was turned over. You loved playing in the snow even when I had to get it off your paws before it packed in tight, and the wolf stance when you saw the deer in our yard, so still just like your ancestor would have been before the chase, only you stayed with me and let the deer go. One of a kind, with a heart of gold, the liquid brown eyes that showed a soul so pure. My world is empty without you my precious girl, and if I could have found a way, you would have lived forever by my side. Run free with your little side kick Gabriel that followed you just four days later, both of you never out of my thoughts or my heart. You were my world, and Gabriel our decorative buddy always at our side. I was told that a red wolf/collie would be destructive and could never be a perfect companion, especially not a service companion, but YOU proved them all wrong and were perfection in every way. I count the days until we are side by side once again. 03/27/2022 My dear Angel and my little ole man Gabriel, well it has been over a year since you left my side, but the grief will never get less until I see you again. Angel the flowers are blooming now, that you loved to smell and there is an ample amount planted over where your earthly body lies with Gabriel. I sure hope you can see them. I know Lillies especially Easter Lillies were your favorite to smell, but all the others you enjoyed also, so I sure hope you are happy knowing you are covered in flowers down here. 04/05/2023 Well my darling girl, I miss you as badly as the day you left me for the Rainbow Bridge. Evangelina still misses you, but is not playing with Angeletta and the new Golden girl Angelica. No other will ever replace you, and in my heart you will always be my beloved girl. I love you my Angel, until we meet again, run and play with all your new friends. |
