Memories of Angel
My Angel was my best friend for the 4 short years she was with me. My daughter found her at the dump and brought her home. She begged me to let her have the puppy. I knew she was going to end up staying with me. She loved to ride in anything that had wheels. She would sit right beside me, sitting straight up like we do. When she rode in the tractor with me she would lay there and sleep with her head on my leg. She always had to be touching me. I'm blessed to have a job in which she could go with me every day. I never knew if she was gonna walk me or if I was going to walk her. She loved to pull me on our walks. She made a game out of it. She was 25% staffardshire terrier, 12.5% bulldog and 12.5% chow chow, 50% mixed hound. What a combination. Her mouth and tongue were solid black. She appeared to be vicious but it was our little secret she wasn't. She was a noise maker and a talker and she was loud with it. I called her my four legged human. She was always by my side to make me smile even until her last breath. She was so brave and wouldn't let me know she was sick until she couldn't physically hide it anymore. My Angel had 3 tumors on her heart and the hardest thing I ever had to do was to ease her pain and begin mine. I have a beautiful grave for her in my backyard and a really good friend of mine actually held a beautiful service for her. Even today I cam still feel her presence. Love you my Angel. Miss you to the moon and back
