Memories of Beans
IT HAS BEEN ONE YEAR TODAY

Beanies It has been one year ago today that you left me, but I have seen you every day since then on my phone.

I remember my beans prancing though the yard like a deer. He would wag his tail every time we went outside to play so I knew he was happy. When it was time to come in I would say "Home" and he would come in. I would pick him up and he would put his arms around my neck and just hold on to me as we danced or walked through the house. Beans would always tell me when he had to go outside by going to the back door and knocking on it with his paw. I would get up and say out and he wag his little tail again, but before I open the door I would say don't go far and hurry back, he would.
We have had so many animals in the house throughout the years and Beans was friendly with all of them. He was fond of Daisy the cat who would love to rub up on him and give him kisses. One day Beanies got out of the yard and was lost for hours. We searched for hours for him and I thought I lost my buddy. I decided to put an ad out on a local ad for the neighborhood and someone found him 2 miles away. they gave him a bath and called me as soon as they saw my post. When I went to pick him up and I reached for him he jumped in my arms and hung on my neck and would not let go. Just like I won't let go of my little buddy now.
I sat with Beans the night he was sick, and he laid with me on the couch, he seemed cold, and his breathing was shallow. He would look at me and blink his eyes whenever I would talk to him. then the morning came, 5:30 AM, he looked up at me and made several moaning noises, like he was saying goodbye. He took 3 last breaths and was gone.
I will always miss my Beanies
