Welcome to Behr's Rainbow Bridge Memorial Residency
Memories of Behr
Care Behr came into my life at a very pivotal time. I had just purchased my new house and he was two years old at the time and in need of a loving home. My oldest sister Mary reached out to me and told me he needed a home. Therefore, he came to live with me. I fell in love with this little guy immediately and I named him Behr because of how he looked. He looked like a little miniature Behr when he would stand on his hind legs. He was a very happy rambunctious person, who love to play, run, and do tricks. My earlier day was spent chasing him around the house in my neighborhood. He just had so much energy and needed to release it at the most inconvenient of times. Therefore, we would indulge him for that time then go on about our day waiting to reconnect with him. He brought joy to everyone he met. I was fortunate to have this dog in my care for over 14 years and he will be deeply missed! Behr enabled me to get through many trials and tests. A place in our home will be empty because of you leaving us. There will be no Behr at the yearly celebrations and holidays! We shall never forget you! We love you madly Care Behr. Be free and run as you did when we first met. We all love you and are appreciative that you were in our lives. My mother referred to him as her Granddog who had the little drumstick legs. April called him Ber Ber and often took care of him in my absences. They developed a strong bond. I referred to him as her little brother. Dr. Brown called him her God dog, Dr, Jordan referred to him as a Proper Gentleman. He was all this and more to my family and me. This Dog ran, played, fail out under the power of God, and attend all-night shut-ins and so much more! He was indeed peculiar and different. There will never be another Behr Stewart RIP Behr You were the best pet that anyone could have. My life was enriched with you being a part of it.
