I found you abandoned in a busy street, you had lost part of your tail and looked so lost and hopeless. I didn't doubt for a second and took you home. I vowed to take care and protect you forever.
I failed to do so, and an accident was waiting around the corner. You have stayed with me for such a short time... just over a year.

The only consolation I have is that I gave you the happiest life. We had cuddles, fun and adventures together, you loved to play chase and hide&seek, always coming around and miawing for attention. You brought your toy-mouse to my feet, it was your way to ask to play with you, then you would chase and bring it to put it into my hand 20 times in a row. In the morning you would wake me at 7am, I never had enough sleep with you around and yet those were my favourite mornings :) these memories will always stay with me.

Now go to the rainbow, my sweet furry baby. Be free and happy and make new friends.
Someday we will meet there but until then I will miss you everyday!
