Charlie was the smallest of three kittens we adopted from a bad rescue situation. He was the shyest and most skittish of the bunch, so we nicknamed him Charlie Skittles. He was a sweet boy who LOVED those squeeze tube cat food packets and would jump up on the kitchen stool to eat one. He didn't like the cold, so when winter came he would mostly hang out indoors on the recliner in his dad's office. He had some funny habits, like licking the concrete steps and the front door glass. Anytime we would run out the front door, if we left it open we would find him sitting behind the storm door waiting patiently for us. He knew his name - one of my last memories of him is calling his name while he was eating, and he looked right up at me. He was my quirky, derpy little doofus and he'll be missed so, so much 😢 I love you Charlie Bean - I'm not much of a "believer" but I hope someday I'll see your sweet little face again. ❤️❤️❤️🥰🥰🥰 - Momma |
