You came to us as a stray. You picked us to be your family. We have been so blessed to have you in our lives. You sat on the porch and watched the deer in the front yard and never barked at them. You thought every person who came to our house, came to visit you. Everyone who ever met you, loved you as we did. Even when your face showed the signs of age, the white muzzle, the dimmed eyes, your tail still wagged and you still grinned that silly grin. You still rolled in the grass and the dirt and enjoyed your time with us. We miss you so much and love you more. Now 1 year has passed and we still miss you every day. But,we are thankful that you are healthy and pain free. I know we will see you again some sweet day when you meet us at the end of the Rainbow Bridge. Three years have passed and we still miss you very much. Our new baby is so much like you, I forget sometimes it isn't you. Until we meet again, sweet girl, on the Rainbow Bridge. As we enter the 4th year since your passing, we still love and miss you as much as ever. I often think about the things you did and how everyone who came to the shop loved you. Some still ask about you.
