Fran was diagnosed with bladder caner in January 2024. We had to do chemo treatments for Our Baby Girl. She did PHENOMENAL for the first 6 months. Then, She started to not eat. Unknown if chemo side effects or She didn't want to continue with them. We tried for weeks. We had a talk with Her and She said it was time, She had enough. She was still so bright and alert, walking, going to the window to watch the Birds and Squirrels. She would still do everything, but not a big appetite. She out all Her trust in us, we had to give Her one last act of Our Devotion to Her and give Her dignity. She did this Her way. A strong, resilient, 20 year young Black Beauty. She is now reunited with Her Sister Molli and My Kitty Dusty ( both have residences here) ~Forever Fran~ |
