Franklin came to us when he was 12 years old. He served in Afghanistan but wound up in a shelter when his handler couldn't keep him. My friend adopted him and we adopted him when my friend Lynn passed away. Franklin was the laziest most friendly dog. Franklin weight about 80 lbs but was so gentle with his little brother Arby who weighed only 20 lbs. He was a joy to be with every day. Sadly we only had him for a little over a year when he passed away. We still miss Franklin every day and hope that he is playing with his brothers/sisters who predeceased him... Sheba, Pebbles, Brandy and Rocky. Run free my sweet boy and play everyday. |
