All the times we walked together over the years. You were perfect...do you remember how you would walk up to the curb and stop and look back at me to make sure I was coming. You never crossed the street until I said it was ok. You loved to chase squirrels but only at the dog park. If you saw a squirrel on our walks and I told you to stop at the curb, you would. You loved our neighbor Jim Burns. He would babysit you on Monday nights when I went to Sweet Adelines. You would run into his house and jump on his lap and give him lots of kisses. And Jim always said that if anything happened to me that he would be sure and take care of you. Sadly, you went before me but I will see you on the other side of the Rainbow Bridge when it is my time to leave. It has been three years today, 4/20/2016, since you left me and I will never forget you my little sweetie pie, NEVER. Thank you for being my friend.
