Memories of Henry
So many memories, I remember the day, I picked you up to bring you home. I knew immediately your name would be Henry.
You opened up my heart in ways I never knew could be and made me laugh every day.

You had such a routine, the things you liked to do, and things you did not want to do! You always had the last word, with people and other dogs.

I had so much fun taking you to the park, you would stretch, roll, and army crawl all over the grass!

I remember, you jumping into some ivy, I thought you were just sniffing around, and you popped out with the biggest piece of pizza! Like you struck gold.

You loved your ball, you played and played and played, with that thing all over the apartment, you were so excited to play as soon as I got home, I knew it was time and if I was being lazy you just barked, and tapped your paw on the chair to get my attention.

Best cuddler, most handsome, angel, you loved licking my face and ears, it was weird to others but I never minded.

Love you, love you, love you.

8/22/21: It's been a year since I said goodbye to you, you are always in my heart, I think about you everyday, I am sorry I haven't visited more often, It has been hard, but I promise I will check in more. Dawkins is with you now, and I hope you are running and playing all day, and taking care of each other. I love you sweet, baby boy.
