Memories of Jack
Jack was a daddy's boy. He loved his mommy, but because he was the only boy dog in our house, daddy clung on to him. He loved to snuggle and cuddle. He always wanted to chase the birds, rabbits and fox. He loved to run around Liberty Dam. His favorite game was playing horsey. He would walk over to us all happy with his tail wagging and bump our legs. So he would walk between our legs and we would have to pat him on his back and rear. He loved tons of attention. He loved to jump on the bed and snuggle. He would lay down and roll on his side and put his head under the covers or pillow. When I rescued Jack and his sister (Jill), I told my boyfriend (his daddy) that they were puppies. They were only 10mths at the time. My boyfriend said how big are they, I said their only puppies. Jack, at ten mths, weight 70lbs. When I opened the door, the two dogs went charging in. The first thing out of my boyfriends mouth was, "Their not puppies, their monsters". He's loved them ever since. We all have loved them. Now Jack will be in our memories forever.
