Our boy Kumba was one of a kind. This beautiful White fluff ball when we got him 14 years ago. So playful and anxious to give you love and kisses. He loved everybody and everybody who met him loved him too. He was very vocal and loved to sing and always had to have the last word. Uncle Dan and his friends taught him the song Sweet Caroline so every time that song would play, the ears went up and he started chiming in. He loved being in pictures. Whenever anyone would take a picture, there was Kumba, posing for the shot. I think he even smiled at the camera. He would mingle in the crowds at parties, played with the others pets that came along. I don't ever recall a fight. His buddy was a Maine Coon Cat for years. Boogie...who passed a way a few years ago. They used to lay by the fireplace together at night. Wait for their piece of cheese together in the morning while Mommy made Daddy his lunch. Go to the door together when someone came to the house to greet them. They were a pair. Through the years he did a bit of traveling as well. We went on camping trips and visited Florida for while. Loved his car rides with Daddy. Those were his favorite. You couldn't even spell the word car. He knew what you were saying. Sadly over the years as time went on and he got older, dysplasia got into his bones and got worse by the year. We could no longer watch him suffer as selfish as we want to be. We had to let him go. There are no words to describe the pain of the loss of a loved one. Our Kumba was the best! There will never be another like him. He was our baby. Beautiful, loving, loyal and precious. People say an animals love is unconditional. Kumba wasn't an animal, he was family and all of what he gave was unconditional. He will be forever in our hearts.. Rest in Peace baby boy. love you, Mommy and Daddy September 29, 2017 - Hi Baby Boy, It's a nice fall day. Your type of weather. Nice and cool. Not a day goes by we don't think of you.
