Memories of MALCOM
There will never be another dog like my Mal. He was gentle, never barked, he loved children and cats, and he even thought he was one. We had seven cats and he got along with all of them, especially a male called Boo, a black one. When Boo rubbed up against Mal and they fell asleep, you couldn't tell where one began and the other left off. Boo was very sad when Mal left us. I saved a brush of Mal's for Boo and he still rubs on it every day. We all miss Mal so much. I often think I would like to have another dog, but then I think of the hardship it would put the cats through and I change my mind. They live in the house and they are older now and I don't think they would be able to warm up to another dog.
