Memories of Pompom
Pompom was a special girl. She came to me 8 years ago from a rescue. She'd been badly abused, and was scared of everything. She soon blossomed, thanks to her sister Babette. She protected everyone, especially other dogs, and was a great nurturer. I have never known a heart so full of love:) She's been battling Cushings disease and diabetes the last little bit. She loved her Babette, and was her special care taker during her last days. After Babette passed, she welcomed Bella Rose to the family with cries of joy! They were together the last two years, and Bella Rose snuggled her as she passed. Although she never had puppies, she was a momma dog, to dogs, cats, her pack, and her family. She vacationed in southern California, Palm Springs and the beaches. She traveled and vacationed throughout Utah as well. She loved camping, traveled to the Grand Canyon, and stared at it for a long time, taking in all in. She had a special pack, her dog and cat cousins, and her aunts who she adored! I lost a little piece of my heart today, I loved her so much. Rest in peace sweetheart. Go find Babette!

Almost a year full pint! Dad misses you, so does Aunt Cindy! You and Babette be good girls, and watch over us! In the meantime, play, feel safe and know that you are loved. Take care of sis!

Please also visit Babette.
