Q-tip You are our "Precious Girl" and we miss you very much. You always took care of me and kept me company while daddy was having to travel. You were a great protector Then you went on one of his trips with him (to Florida). You guys had such a good time, and after that you went everywhere with him. You always made us proud and all your love, smiles, and sweet kisses will never be forgotten. You were a great "boat dog" and it was really fun taking you to all the special places. It has been a little over a year since you left us, and there is not a day that goes by that we don't think about you. We ended up getting another Eskie. I know that you wouldn't mind us continuing the love that you received. She is her own personality, however, she sometimes reminds me so much of you. We learned so much from you and we are teaching Leia to be a good fur baby too. She loves to go for a boat ride -- but she's not as good at it as you yet. She's still a little rambunctious. Still grieving for you my precious fur baby. Not a day goes by - but you know that. Leia has grown into such a good fur baby too. We took her to St. Augustine last week - that was the first time we have been back there since you went 7 years ago. It was kind of hard, but Leia was a good girl, just like you, and we had a good time. Hope you and your friends are having a real good time up there and I will see you someday. Love you Q-tip! 7/21/09 - Good Morning Q-tip. There is still not a day.....I have accepted, but I still tear up just thinking about you. Leia is doing good. We adopted another fur baby - Buffy. She is a rescue dog that we got from the pound, and is about 9 months old now. A Finnish Spitz mix. She and Leia get along good and I know you would like her. We are keeping up the tradition of taking our babies with us everywhere. We just got back from a boat trip to Jekyll Island. Jerry and I were talking about the Florida trip that you took with him and how much you two bonded. I will never forget you sitting in the front seat of that car when ya'll picked me up from the airport. You take care my baby. Your mama loves you! 7/9/10 - Well, here I am again Q-Bee-Q. Hard time of the year for me - I always think about you, but especially in July. We are pretty much into our routine - Leia and Buffy are doing good, getting along. You taught us how to take care of our fur babies. I just wanted to tell you to take good care of Ruger for Kent and Gina. I know you remember him. He came to play with you at the bridge on Sunday 7/4/10 - Take good care of him! Love from your mama and your Daddy Jerry. We miss you so much.... 9/11/11 - You were alive 10 years ago Q-tip. I didn't forget you on your birthday or in July - but am writing to tell you that Sylvester left us on 9/8/11. He was very sick and we kept taking him to the doctor, but he just couldn't get well and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with him. He was our last tie to you - he so loved aggravating you by rolling on your tail. He was a good kitty - and gave us 10 years of happy times. I hope he has found you. Love you! 7/18/13 - Well looks like I missed a year, but that doesn't mean I don't think about you every single day. I still miss you like it was yesterday. I can not believe that Leia is 11 now. She is slowing down some, but we take each day with love and don't dwell on the aging process. Buffy is still an active little girl and is growing into her own. Love you Q-bee girl! 7/21/16 - Thinking of you our precious girl. Leia is now 14 years old - where does time go? I know that she will be joining you in a year of so. She has taken good care of us and I will ask you to take good care of her when the time comes. You were the best thing that happened to us - you introduced us to your wonderful breed and we have been loved by Eskie girls for a total of 30 years. Buffy is still being a sweet girl as well. You have fun up there! We sure love you...... 7/31/19 - I know it's been a while precious girl. Leia joined you in October, 2018. Thank you for looking after her. Like you, she lived to be 16.5 years old. You know we had to continue with the love. We now have Layla - who turned one July 5. So, we've started raising an Eskie again. You trained us well. Even after all this time, we think about you. We buried Leia right beside you. Hard times. Love you..... 7/15/21 - You are never forgotten. There is not a day that goes by... Something always reminds me of you and how you taught us Eskie love. Until we meet again.....Love you. 7/18/23 - Always in are hearts. We will NEVER forget you. Much love..... We lost little Buffy and now have Brady boy. Thank you for teaching us how to love our fur babies.
